Raw Foods?

Raw food is food closest to the sun. The sun is the highest vibrational energy known to man, and is the power source for all living things on earth. This incomprehensible life giving sun energy is gathered by raw plants. When we eat these plants and we gain that great sun energy that sustains all life on Earth.

Raw foods have not been overly cooked. This means that all the beneficial nutrients of the food are not damaged through the process of over heating. Although dehydrated foods have little to no water, they are still good to consume. Dehydrated foods are good to have in the winter and in the transition phase as a “bridge” food  into a raw food diet. Over heating foods leave little to no nutritional value whatsoever. Eating too much cooked food has the potential to deplete nutrients already present in the body. Since the nutrients present in raw food, that aid in assimilation, are damaged through cooking, the body uses nutrients from its stores to process and digest the cooked food. Many raw foods have substantial nutritional benefit, and they give to the body rather than taking from it. They have a perfect balance of water, enzymes, proteins, fats, sugars, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, etc. We all know that food constructs our body. Our bodies totally reconstruct itself every seven years, meaning the foods we eat literally become part of us. This means that throughout a seven year period our skin, bones, muscle, and all the organs of our body become new. So if we are continuously putting weak foods in our body, our body will function on a weaker level. I believe we shouldn’t live on meat alone, plants are very important too. The saying “you are what you eat” is very true. Our body builds itself by what we give it. It depends on a conscious mind to supply it with the right foods. Raw food is not the only part but it is definitely a major part. Always remember that you are in control. So supply your body with foods that give life, not foods that take life. The state of consciousness one experiences when eating raw food is often compared to something existential. When we start on the journey of eating raw our bodies start to wake up. The dust is brushed off of areas that have laid dormant from congestion, a state of clarity  comes over us due to better circulation of bodily fluids, and life is seen from a totally different perspective. We come closer to our creativeness which is the ultimate gift God gave us. Life is better because the soul has a clean place to dwell while enjoying our daily journey through life.
